Some of the folks that I run with have requested a "before" photo, so here you go. I started running in the summer of 2006, and by the fall of 2007 I had dropped 58 pounds. I've kept the weight off since then, and it feels great.
I started running in "mid-life" and I've become more and more involved in it. I'm a proud member of the New York Flyers (Go Flyers!) and I run a lot of NY Road Runners races. In this blog, I will be writing about training, racing, and how running affects my life.
